Introduction

An intrusive pig signaler with a DBB valve is a device installed on a pipeline to detect the passage of a pig or a pig ball. Normally, each pig signaller is equipped with a trigger. When a pig passes, the trigger drives the mechanism to show that the pig has passed this location. In order to transport safely, the application of a removable pig signaller with a DBB valve is very important.

The pig signaller shown in this picture is an intrusive pig signaller, attached to the pipeline via a flange. It is a removable pig signaller equipped with a DBB valve. It features a bi-directional trigger and can be easily removed using the tool provided by us, which is more affordable and convenient compared to other pig signallers that necessitate the use of professional removal tools.
