Introduction

The pig signaller is a detachable, uni-directional type with a ball valve. It connects via a flange and features a manual reset flag that also provides an electrical signal. This flag can be reset manually. The signaller is easy to remove with a simple retriever and operates mechanically.

The pig signaller is used to verify when cleaning pigs have been launched or arrived. The signaller’s trigger is designed to improve flexibility.

This device is adaptable for pipe diameters up to 2 inches. Its flange size is 2 inches, and it’s built to withstand pressure ranging from ANSI 150# to ANSI 1500#. The operating temperature should be kept between -20℃ and 120℃.

Before installing the pig signaller, make sure it fits the pipe correctly according to the meter installation mode and requirements. These requirements include flange specifications, grade, and the distribution of mounting holes. Also, the distance from the top surface of the flange to the pipe’s inner wall should match the custom dimensions.
