Introduction

The intrusive pig signaller we offer is a removable device, featuring a flange connection for ease of attachment.
This mechanically operated device is bi-directional and includes a manual reset flag that is integrated with an electrical signal. Resetting the flag is a simple manual process. Furthermore, the pig signaller can be easily removed using a special retriever tool, adding to its convenience.

Secondly, this pig signaller is designed to be removable under pressure. It comes with two full threaded studs to help with its removal, eliminating the need for expensive specialized removal tools, and consequently offering cost savings.
Thirdly, the pig signaller uses a flange connection type. This differs from welded pig signallers, which demand that the base material matches the pipe material. With a flange connection, there isn’t a requirement for the material to match that of the pipe’s flange. It merely needs to be of the same size for an optimal fit.
Lastly, this pig signaller is bi-directional. Regardless of the direction the cleaning pig is moving in, whether it’s the launch or the return direction, the device can accurately detect and give information of the pig’s passage.
