1. Quick Operation: The QOC features an integral, scalable locking ring structure that significantly reduces the opening and closing time compared to other types of quick opening closures. A single individual, applying less than 200N of force, can efficiently operate the closure within a minute.
2. Advanced Sealing: The QOC is equipped with a unique, self-tightening lip seal structure that enhances the reliability and safety of the sealing process.
3. Safety Lock System: The QOC comes with a safety lock system that has a self-locking function:Before pressurization, the quick-opening blind and the locking structure can be locked in place. The equipment cannot be pressurized unless these parts are locked in the reserved position.After depressurization, the blind flange cover can be opened only after the inner pressure of the container has been completely relieved. This two-stage pressure relief process minimizes safety issues due to incorrect operation.
